  • Kleopatra IAM (Identity & Access Management platform)
  • Lexient (court record checks and legal intelligence platform)
  • Billing.kleopatra.io (billing and subscription management)
  • capi.kleopatra.io (Kleopatra Court API for enterprise integrations)
  • Any future applications, APIs, or services released by Kleopatra

Certain Services may include product-specific privacy notices that provide more detail. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific notice prevails.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

a) Information You Provide

  • Account details (name, email, phone number, organization, role)
  • Authentication data (login credentials, MFA details, OAuth2/OIDC data)
  • Billing details (payment method, transaction history, invoicing info)
  • Support requests, demo forms, or contact inquiries

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information (IP address, browser type, OS, device identifiers)
  • Usage data (pages visited, API calls, timestamps, error logs)
  • Cookies and tracking technologies (see Section 8)

c) Information from Third Parties

  • Identity verification partners (if applicable in IAM)
  • Public court data sources (for Lexient and Court API)
  • Payment processors (for Billing)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts (IAM)
  • Deliver legal data and intelligence (Lexient & Court API)
  • Monitor service performance and improve functionality

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your information based on:

  • Contractual necessity (to provide the Services you subscribe to)
  • Legitimate interests (improving Services, preventing fraud, ensuring security)

  • Consent (where explicitly required, e.g., marketing communications)

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Court record data retrieved through Lexient or Court API may be cached or stored to improve service efficiency but is refreshed periodically.

You may request deletion of your personal data (see Section 10).

  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Monitoring and intrusion detection
